Happy Hours enables brand teams to run structured promotional campaigns across bars, restaurants, and entertainment venues while verifying every redemption at the point of order.
Campaign managers define the promoted product, offer type, campaign timing, and coverage area. The campaign is first shared with venue owners in the selected locations, who can opt in to participate as redemption venues.
Once venues confirm participation, the campaign becomes visible to consumers in the area through the Happy Hours app. Customers entering participating venues may receive a notification about the offer and can claim a unique single-use voucher.
At the bar, staff validate the voucher through the venue dashboard before applying the offer. Each confirmed redemption is recorded and linked to the campaign, product, and venue, giving brand teams clear visibility into campaign performance across locations.
